Welcome to Amazingly Abundant. By booking our coaching services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

Coaching Sessions: We provide personal life coaching services aimed at helping women rediscover their passion and empower them to create their best life. Coaching sessions may be conducted via phone, video call, or in-person, as agreed.

Program Duration: The duration and frequency of coaching programs will be agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Payment Terms

Fees: All fees for coaching services are agreed upon at the time of booking. Fees are non-refundable except as specified in the cancellation policy below.

Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other agreed-upon methods.

Payment Schedule: Payments must be made in full before the start of the coaching program, unless a payment plan has been agreed upon.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Client Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost.

Coach Cancellation: If we need to cancel a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.

Refunds: No refunds will be provided for missed sessions or cancellations made by the client with less than 24 hours' notice.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

5. Results Disclaimer

No Guarantees: While we strive to help you achieve your goals, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes as success depends on various factors including your own commitment and actions.

Responsibility: You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. Coaching is a partnership, and success requires your active participation.

6. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the coaching agreement at any time by providing written notice. If you choose to terminate the agreement, any unused sessions will not be refunded.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the coaching services provided. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the coaching services.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
